Job Description:
Solarix is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects.
The Project Manager will coordinate engineering teams, suppliers, contractors, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Responsibilty
Project Planning
Develop project timelines and execution plans.
Coordinate resources, materials, and installation teams.
Monitor project progress from start to completion.
Team Management
Lead communication between engineers, technicians, contractors, and clients.
Ensure teams follow project requirements.
Quality Control
Monitor installation quality.
Review project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Client Communication
Provide project updates.
Manage customer expectations.
Support successful project delivery.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Experience managing technical or construction projects.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Renewable energy project experience.
PMP certification.
Solar industry experience.
